About the company
Geekhunter is recruiting on behalf of a client that focuses on a micro-nursery (childcare center) designed for children from birth to age 3.
Job Responsibilities
- Support the Founder in managing operations and pedagogy at the micro-nursery. Oversee a single group initially (10 weeks3 years) and guide expansion to additional micro nursery sites. Play a leadership role in staff coordination curriculum implementation parent communication and maintaining the educational vision.
- Act as a pedagogical and technical reference for the team.
- Manage the first micro-nursery and later oversee expansion to the second and third.
- Support the Director in planning reporting staff scheduling and parent relations.
- Provide on-the-job training to educators and interns.
- Ensure the educational project is implemented and adapted to childrens needs.
Job Requirements
- Education: Bachelors degree in Early Childhood Education (S1 PAUD) or equivalent.
- Experience: Minimum 35 years in early childhood settings with leadership or supervisory experience preferred.
- Skills & Competencies:
- Solid understanding of child development and early learning methodologies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for team management and parent engagement.
- Strong organizational abilities and attention to operational detail.
- Collaborative mindset and commitment to innovation and continuous improvement.
