Job Summary
Position Title: Process Technician
Location: Greater Houston TX
Industry: Automotive Parts Manufacturing
- Support production processes by setting up machines tools and fixtures for daily operations.
- Monitor production line performance identify simple process deviations and adjust parameters.
- Assist engineers in process trials sample runs and improvement activities.
- Provide training and support for operators on proper work methods and safety practices.
- Collect production data record process parameters and report abnormalities.
- Participate in preventive maintenance and ensure production continuity.
- Associate degree technical diploma or equivalent experience in manufacturing.
- 13 years of experience in process/production support in automotive or mechanical parts.
- Ability to read technical drawings and follow standard operating procedures.
- Strong hands-on ability willing to work closely with operators on the shop floor.
- Basic problem-solving mindset mechanical aptitude preferred.
