What Youll Do:
- Be responsible for the overall management compliance and success of the dining services program.
- Ensure that dining services are operating appropriately by monitoring budgets menus cleaning schedules and being a devoted steward of residents funds and belongings.
- Esure that all dining staff are trained and competent to not only provide quality service but also delight the residents along the way.
What Youll Need:
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a supervisory capacity
- Minimum of 2 years in a dietary role in a similar-sized building
- Must be a graduate of an accredited course in dietetic training approved by the American Dietetic Association
- Serve Safe Certification or ability to obtain within the first 90 days of employment
