Portfolio Management Assistant (Temp) - Your Future Position

As a Portfolio Management Assistant in our Taste & Wellbeing Division you will be responsible for the collection management and optimization of both digital and physical collection. This role ensures efficient and accurate support for commercial activities through the whole process on utilization of collection.

In this exciting role you will:

1. Digital Collection Management

Develop and optimize data collection and management processes coordinating with Portfolio Specialists Application Technologists and other relevant teams to obtain product data

Collaborate with the Digital Team to ensure accurate input into the digital platform

Gather feedback from the sales team on digital tool usage and provide recommendations to the Digital Team for upgrades and optimization

Data analysis on digital tool and build a digital mechanism to innovate our flavor collections. Supporting portfolio specialists to do collection improvement or innovation gap filling.

2. Physical Collection Management

Classify and manage physical collection based on sample request volumes including sample preparation dispatch and replenishment scheduling

Coordinate with the Sampling Team to ensure restocking of inventory

Responsible for physical collection operational efficiency to meet sales usage and supply needs

Your professional profile includes:

Associate degree or above preferably in Supply Chain Management Marketing Food Science Chemistry or related fields

Minimum of 1 years of relevant experience in data management or portfolio management preferred

Proficient in digital platforms and data analysis tools

Strong cross-functional communication and coordination skills

Detail-oriented with excellent organization and time management abilities
