The Technology Lead shall possess ten (10) or more years of proven experience in architecting designing developing and integrating software applications using major development frameworks and tools.
The experience must demonstrate the following capabilities:
- Technical Leadership: Proven ability to lead through all development cycles including planning analysis design build testing deployment and maintenance.
- Requirements Analysis and Technology Selection: Expertise in analyzing requirements and selecting appropriate technologies frameworks tools and databases for solution development.
- Governance and Standardization: Ability to develop governance structures and standardize development processes tools and frameworks to ensure costeffective development and operations & maintenance (O&M) support.
- Development Frameworks: Proficiency in using major custom development frameworks such and Java.
- COTS and SaaS Utilization: Experience with major Commercial Off-The-Shelf (COTS) software and Software as a Service (SaaS) solutions including MS365 and Salesforce.
- Cloud Services: Familiarity with Platform as a Service (PaaS) and Infrastructure as a Service (IaaS) and their respective services.
- Database Management: Knowledge of major databases such as MS SQL and Oracle.
- CI/CD Implementation: Experience in implementing Continuous Integration and Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) pipelines.
- Automation Tools: Proficiency in using automated software build tools testing tools deployment tools and production monitoring tools.
- API Design and Development: At least three (3) years of experience in REST and SOAP API design and development with expertise in Web API design best practices protocols data formats (XML JSON) and standards (RAML OpenAPI).
- Integration Platforms: Experience with integration platforms such as Mulesoft TIBCO and Oracle SOA.
- The Technology Lead must demonstrate a comprehensive understanding of these areas to effectively lead and support the development and integration of software applications within the organization
Education:
- Bachelors Degree or higher in Engineering Computer Science or Information Technology (Desired)

Compensation:
Compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range for this role in the U.S. is $190k - $205k.
