We are hiring an Agency Success Lead to join our clients Lisbon-based team in a hybrid role. You will advise and support their digital marketing agencies using the DV360 platform help shape programmatic strategy and drive adoption across client accounts. This is a hands-on client-facing role for someone with solid digital marketing experience fluent English and C1-level French who can learn programmatic tools quickly and influence agency partners.

Responsibilities
Build and grow relationships with agency and client stakeholders understanding business goals and aligning programmatic solutions to meet them.
Develop and present joint strategies to drive display and video investments creating tailored narratives and sales approaches.
Advise on DV360 and other programmatic tools deliver platform training and support media planning and campaign execution.
Monitor campaign performance provide detailed account analysis and recommend optimizations to exceed KPIs.
Educate clients about the evolving privacy landscape and ensure future-ready setups.
Collaborate with product sales and cross-functional teams to share feedback and accelerate adoption of programmatic features.
Requirements
Minimum 2 years experience in digital marketing operations campaign management or optimization.
Hands-on knowledge or direct experience with demand-side platforms PPC platforms or programmatic tools; quick learner comfortable with DV360 is acceptable.
Fluent English and C1-level French excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong relationship and stakeholder management skills with experience influencing at senior levels.
Good analytical skills and average Excel proficiency (VLOOKUPs string and logical functions pivot tables).
Experience working with media agencies ad tech integrations or martech/adtech products is preferred.
Able to work independently manage multiple priorities and communicate proactively to resolve issues.
Benefits
- Base salary: 34500 to 39000 per year (depending on experience)
Yearly language bonus: 3240.
Yearly transportation bonus: 720.
- 1750 net relocation bonus
Meal allowance: 7.63 net per worked day.
Yearly performance bonus: up to 6% of yearly base salary.
Hybrid work model Lisbon based with flexible office days for collaboration.
- Permanent contract
