Job Summary

There are your tasks

Maintain and develop strong customer relationships
Oversee and manage the entire Technical Advisor and Service Engineer team
Manage and follow up on customer inquiries
Expand the business regarding spare parts warranties and services
Distribute and manage service contracts
Support service and spare parts planning
Collaborate with the Head of Customer Service to plan stock turnover and investments

What you bring with you

Technical and commercial education with leadership experience
Profound experience - a Minimum of 3 years in a similar role
Initiative in visualizing organizing and successfully delivering projects in both individual and collaborative settings
Negotiation and conflict resolution skills
Ability to communicate across all staff levels
Fluency in English (written and spoken) French and Arabic is considered an advantage
Knowledge of MS Office
