You can explore the details of our benefits offering by visiting the following link: Manager of Regulatory Affairs is responsible for planning organizing implementing and evaluating regulatory compliance initiatives to support patient safety and quality and ensure continuous compliance with Federal State and local regulatory requirements. This position concentrates on oversight of accreditation and certification processes including but not limited to The Joint Commission (TJC) Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) and State/Local Department of Health (DOH) standards regulations and law in consultation with JHHS Legal Counsel as necessary. This position involves interpreting and operationalizing regulatory requirements including but not limited to:
Work Experience:
Education: Requires a Bachelors Degree (healthcare-related preferred). Graduation from an accredited school of nursing public health or related clinical discipline preferred.
Required Licensure Certification On-going Training:
Licensed or certified in a healthcare related field
Hybrid Position: 4 days on-site 1 day remote Location:Bayview Medical Center 4940 Eastern Avenue Baltimore MD 21224
Salary Range: Minimum 44.15/hour - Maximum 70.64/ will be commensurate with equity and experience for roles of similar scope and responsibility.
In cases where the range is displayed as a $0 amount salary discussions will occur during candidate screening calls before any subsequent compensation discussion is held between the candidate and any hiring authority.
