Job Summary
LNSU is accepting applications for a Remote Special Education Case Manager to serve Cambridge Elementary School. This is a temporary one year full-time licensed position.A remote special education case manager is responsible for overseeing the educational programs and services for students with disabilities. The remote position does not require direct student services. Responsibilities include:developing and implementing Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)scheduling/coordinating IEP meetingscollaborating with families and school staff ensuring students receive appropriate support and servicesprimary point of contact for parents and teachers monitoring student progressDeveloping and amending/revising IEPs as needed per regulatory guidance Developing coordinating completing/writing evaluation reportsPreference to those candidates fluid in EDDOC student management systemSubmitting Medicaid paperworkMust have an understating of VT special education regulationsMust adhere to State and Federal timelines under the is an EOE.
