Your Role in Our Mission
As a Direct Service Provider you will play a vital role in the lives of adolescents with complex needs by supporting them in residential and community-based settings. Under the supervision of a Qualified Professional (QP) you will assist individuals in reaching their goals through daily living activities community engagement and skill development always guided by person-centered and informed-choice practices.
Youll help create a stable supportive environment where every interaction is an opportunity to foster growth independence and resilience.

This position follows a standard Tuesday to Saturday schedule with 12-hour shifts (7:00 AM 7:00 PM or 7:00 PM 7:00 AM) during the summer months.

Minimum Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent
At least 1 year of experience supporting individuals with disabilities or behavioral health needs
Valid unrestricted North Carolina drivers license with a clean driving record
Proof of current auto insurance
Basic computer skills for documentation and communication
Flexibility and a willingness to take on various responsibilities
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
A collaborative mindset and genuine compassion for others
