Skilled Groundworker

At Coinford we pride ourselves on delivering quality groundworks and concrete frame solutions. We are seeking experienced Skilled Groundworkers with strong first-stage groundworks expertise and a valid Dumper Ticket (CPCS/NPORS) to join our growing team.

This is an excellent opportunity to work on major projects where your skills will help shape the foundations of the built environment.

• Valid CSCS Card

• Confident inreading and interpreting drawings and site documentation.

• Competent in the set-up and safe use of trench boxes drag boxes and manhole boxes.

• Proficient with pipe lasers for accurate drainage installations.

• Experienced in laying concrete clay and plastic pipes of all sizes ensuring correct bedding surround and pressure testing.

• Skilled in groundwater management including selecting and operating the correct pumps.

• Knowledgeable in backfilling techniques to trenches and excavations.

• Competent in benching manholes to a high standard.

• Safe and experienced when working around live services with strong service avoidance awareness.

• Proven ability in external works including kerbs edgings slabs and block paving.

• Strong understanding of materials and methods for drainage road formation kerbing and landscaping.

• Capable of carrying out daily pre-start plant inspections reporting service and maintenance requirements promptly.

• Valid CPCS/NPORS Dumper Ticket (essential).

• Additional CPCS/NPORS tickets for Telehandlers Rollers or other plant.

• 510 years experience in skilled groundworks.

• Experienced groundwork gangs/teams are highly sought after.

• Reliable punctual and professional.

• Able to work collaboratively with trades and operatives ensuring timely programme delivery.

• Right to work in the UK.
