About Us

YuJa is a leader in cloud platforms and applications for regulated sector clients including higher-ed K12 healthcare and government. We enable enterprises to create engaging digital media experiences. We have legal headquarters in Delaware with primary U.S. offices in Silicon Valley California and Canadian offices in Toronto.

About the Role

  • Discover training needs and provide coaching.
  • Provide daily objectives and motivate the team to achieve monthly targets.
  • Suggest and coordinate team building activities.
  • Oversee day-to-day operations and maintain documentation
  • Monitor team performance and report on metrics to the VP of Sales.
  • Prospect and develop a pipeline of qualified leads via outbound calls emails and LinkedIn messages to relevant individuals and organizations
  • Schedule qualified online demonstrations on a consistent basis with monthly bonuses awarded for exceeding your goals
  • Partner with Account Executives to support sales cycle success and drive urgency
  • Use Salesforce CRM to maintain accurate account details and contact information
  • Regular training on Sales CRM Target Markets Product Knowledge and more
  • Opportunities to participate in company projects that support efficient company growth
  • For strong performers there is a potential opportunity to advance your career and learn the necessary skills to move into a closing-role if interested

About You

  • At least 1-year experience in similar leadership role
  • Experience with outbound cold-outreach
  • A deep interest in performance-based roles
  • Relevant work experience preferably in a sales or customer-facing role
  • A capacity and history of setting and achieving measurable goals
  • Ability to build relationships with senior-level professionals and to work well under pressure
  • Entrepreneurial and innovativepersonality
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Effective problem solving time management and organization skills
  • Intellectual curiosity along with a competitive spirit

Schedule:
