Qué harás como Technical Service Engineer en Sealed Air
Como Technical Service Engineer en Sealed Air serás responsable de brindar asesoría técnica puesta en marcha y servicio postventa de los equipos utilizados en el envasado de alimentos. Acompañarás a nuestros clientes durante todo el proceso de instalación arranque y mantenimiento de los equipos garantizando su óptimo desempeño y el cumplimiento de las normas de seguridad.
Tu trabajo será clave para asegurar la eficiencia operativa la satisfacción del cliente y la mejora continua de nuestros procesos técnicos.
Por qué te necesitamos
Para brindar soporte técnico en la preinstalación y preparación de layout en las instalaciones del cliente.
Para coordinar el envío e instalación de los equipos adquiridos asegurando el cumplimiento de los estándares de seguridad y calidad.
Para capacitar al personal del cliente en la operación y mantenimiento preventivo de los equipos.
Para ofrecer servicio técnico postventa garantizando una respuesta inmediata ante fallas o paros de equipo.
Para realizar reparaciones y mantenimiento tanto en sitio como en planta según corresponda.
Para asesorar a los clientes sobre nuevas tecnologías de empaque y oportunidades de mejora continua.
Para colaborar con equipos internos en la optimización de procesos de automatización y soporte técnico.
Qué habilidades necesitarás para tener éxito
Técnico electromecánico o Ingeniero Mecánico o Eléctrico (indispensable).
Al menos 3 años de experiencia en instalación mantenimiento o automatización de maquinaria industrial.
Conocimiento de electricidad industrial electrónica neumática y sistemas de automatización.
Experiencia en el uso de SAP y herramientas digitales para la gestión de mantenimiento o servicio.
Inglés intermedio o avanzado (oral y escrito).
Pensamiento analítico y orientado a la resolución de problemas.
Excelentes habilidades de comunicación y servicio al cliente.
Disponibilidad para viajar dentro y fuera del país según sea necesario.
