About the Role
Seize this outstanding opportunity to join Thermo Fisher Scientific Inc. as a Channel Manager Saudi Arabia based in vibrant Riyadh. In this pivotal role you will access all division channels with an overall score ensuring smooth operations and robust relationships with our channel partners and divisions. Your ability to support the onboarding and offboarding of channel partners will be crucial.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with channel partners and internal divisions.
- Access all divisions channels providing an overall score and ensuring seamless operations.
- Support the onboarding and offboarding processes for channel partners.
- Monitor and evaluate the performance of channel partners providing constructive feedback and mentorship.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment with company goals and strategies.
- Identify opportunities for growth and improvement within the channel network.
- Successfully implement strategies to improve channel performance and drive sales growth.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in channel management or a related field.
- Strong relationship-building skills and the ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams.
- Outstanding organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Ability to strictly adhere to company policies and procedures.
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
- Ambitious and driven with a determination to succeed in a competitive market.
- Proficiency in both English and Arabic is preferred.
