About the Role
We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Finance Manager to oversee the schools financial operations and provide support to the leadership team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage budgeting accounting and financial reporting
- Monitor school expenditure and ensure value for money
- Oversee financial systems invoices and payroll processes
- Support the Headteacher and Governors with strategic financial planning
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and policies
Experience and Qualifications
- Proven experience in finance management ideally within an educational setting
- Strong analytical organisational and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities
- Proficiency with finance software and school management systems
- Legal right to work in the UK
