Email Marketer (Klaviyo Expert)
Fully Remote South Africa ONLY!
Monday to Friday UK hours
$2000$2500 USD/month (depending on experience)

About the Company
Were partnering with a fast-growing UK-based e-commerce brand known for its exciting online competitions and vibrant customer base. The team is expanding globally and were looking for a talented Email Marketer to help drive engagement retention and sales through effective email strategies.
About the Role
As the Email Marketer youll be the go-to person for Klaviyo strategy setup and execution. Youll design and manage email flows campaigns and automations that tell stories nurture customers and convert leads into loyal fans. Youll also analyze performance metrics and optimize campaigns for better engagement and ROI.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan design and execute high-performing email campaigns using Klaviyo
- Build and optimize automations flows and segmentation strategies
- Create visually appealing templates and compelling copy aligned with brand tone
- Analyze campaign performance and implement A/B testing for continuous improvement
- Collaborate with the creative and marketing teams to align messaging and visuals
- Maintain a clean organized database and ensure deliverability best practices
Requirements
- Based in South Africa fluent in English (C1 level)
- 4 years of experience in email marketing ideally within e-commerce
- Proven hands-on experience with Klaviyo (flows segmentation analytics A/B testing)
- Strong understanding of customer journey retention and conversion optimization
- Creative mindset with attention to detail and excellent communication skills
Nice to Have
- Experience with other CRM or automation tools (HubSpot Mailchimp ActiveCampaign)
- Graphic or copywriting skills to create visually engaging conversion-focused emails
