About the Role

We are looking to add a dynamic and results driven person to our Retrofit & Energy Group. Our Retrofit & Energy group specializes in design build turnkey mechanical projects for both the commercial market sector and ESCOs (energy services contracts). Our team develops conceptual projects that save energy water and other natural resources. Once the project is developed and accepted by the client our team works hand in hand with our in-house engineering team to select equipment design the project and ultimately execute it. No two jobs are ever the same. This presents a unique and exciting challenge.


The ideal candidate will become the liaison between the department head field operations and the project accounting team to ensure the process is moving efficiently and customer needs or met. Candidate will interface with clients both remotely and in person to ensure project objectives are met and client satisfaction is exceeded. Job is based at the San Marcos Office may consider Anaheim location as a base if preferred.

Responsibilities include:
  • Preparation of necessary internal documents for project set up
  • Preparation of subcontracts purchase orders submittals rfis logs change orders etc for project execution
  • Preparation and coordination of project billings for clients while working with our accounting team
  • Site visits to understand the scope of work evaluate progress of team and learn from firsthand experience
  • Working with our operations team to coordinate equipment manpower sub-contractors for tasks per project schedule
  • Ensure that all project control procedures are maintained and develop/assist in the development of additional controls as needed.
