Currently experiencing high 1:5-6 ratios. It could be up to 8 depending how many patients come in and holidays. - Traveler has Level I trauma experience - Traveler agrees to work 3 weekends (Fri-Sun) per 4 week schedule - Traveler acknowledgment of high ratios 1:5-6 ratios.
