Job Summary

Development of detailed designs and associated documentation for projects rentals and operations upgrades.
Adherence to Osmoflos Quality System for all design work carried out.
Work collaboratively with Osmoflo staff located in other offices: o To undertake following work / actions in related to the projects.
Making Bill of quantities in line with project requirements.
Maintaining up-to-date drawings record.
Developing general engineering drawings like Civil guide drawings etc. o Preparation of as built drawings.
Participating in design reviews ISO audits and model reviews.
Developing following drawings / Deliverables:
- Cable layout in 2D/3D
- Cable tray sizing sectional views
- Bill of materials. Electrical room layouts.
- Lighting layouts Earthing layouts. Lightening layouts.
- Single line diagrams and wiring schematics. Cable schedules.
- Instrument loop drawings.
- Interconnection schedules. Instrument hook ups.
- Cable block diagrams.
- Instrument Hook Up drawings.
- Control system architecture drawings.
Maintain all records in accordance with Osmoflos M-Files document management system.
To participate in design review processes. Ensure outcomes of reviews are correctly implemented within project budget constraints.
Ensure design changes are communicated to the Engineering manager / discipline engineers. Inform team leaders managers as soon as any delays to work commitments are identified.
Seek to overcome any obstacles to meeting committed deadlines escalate to Manager if required.
