JOB TITLE: Supply Chain Specialist 1
LOCATION: Warner Robins GA
PAY RATE: $29-37/hour

We are a national aerospace and defense staffing agency seeking highly qualified candidates for a position with a top-tier client.

Job Details:

Job Type: Contract (12 months with potential for extension)
Second Shift: Wednesday Saturday 1:30 PM 12:00 AM (10-hour shifts)

Summary:

Manage high-value AOG (Aircraft on Ground) MICAP shipments for USAF customer.
Support both transportation risk mitigation activities and AOG MICAP order management for the C-17 program.
Develop and support logistics strategies transportation processes and after-action reporting for AOG MICAP orders.
Oversee service provider performance ensuring compliance with contractual obligations and maintaining strong relationships with internal stakeholders service providers and key partners.

Requirements:

Education/experience typically acquired through a Bachelors degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience (e.g. 4 years of related work experience)
3 5 years of experience in Supply Chain Logistics or Transportation Management
Knowledge of AOG or MICAP processes preferred
Strong communication organizational and relationship-building skills
Must be a U.S. Citizen (as defined by ITAR).
