Summary:

• Design analyze and modify aerospace manufacturing equipment and tooling to meet stakeholder requirements.

• Research evaluate and integrate robotics automation and new technologies for applicability to programs and products.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop bids and procurement specifications.

• Estimate plan manage and execute the acquisition and modification of equipment and tooling.

• Develop and implement testing and acceptance plans to validate performance.

• Create and maintain documentation preventative maintenance plans and training materials.

• Develop interim solutions for damaged or unsafe equipment and tooling.

• Investigate engineering changes and maintain configuration control.

• Recommend reliability improvements through the application of reliability engineering tools.

Requirements:

• Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering Engineering Technology (including Manufacturing Technology) Computer Science Data Science Mathematics Physics or Chemistry or equivalent non-U.S. qualifications related to the work statement.

• 3 years of experience in a production and/or manufacturing environment.

• 3 years of experience using Microsoft Office and general office computing systems.

• Must be a U.S. Citizen (as defined by ITAR).

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with Model-Based Definition CATIA ENOVIA and PDM.

• Familiarity with Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&T).

• 5 years of related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

• Experience providing product definitions and technical support to suppliers and external customers throughout the product lifecycle.
