Job Summary

Role:- Solution Architect Azure with JAVA

Remote

Key Focus Areas

Lead a team working on data conversion real-time data integration and platform development.
Strong understanding of DevOps practices but not a DevOps engineer role.
Must be able to design scalable systems guide developers and collaborate across teams.

Must-Have Skills

Cloud Platforms: Strong experience with Azure (AKS ADLS Azure DevOps).
Programming: Solid in Java; bonus if familiar with Rust or other functional languages.
Architecture:
Microservices
Event-driven systems (e.g. Kafka)
API-first design
Containerization (Docker Kubernetes)
Data Engineering:
Experience with Databricks and Data Mesh concepts.
Familiarity with real-time data pipelines and data conversion processes.
Security & Compliance: Experience working in regulated environments (e.g. healthcare finance).

Soft Skills & Leadership

Experience leading engineering teams and mentoring developers.
Comfortable running Agile ceremonies (scrum backlog grooming).
Able to communicate well with technical and business stakeholders.
Strong problem-solving and whiteboarding skills.
Can work across data infrastructure and product teams.
