We partner with leading doctors hospitals and labs to bring predictive and preventive healthcare directly to individuals.

We are looking for a Business Development Executive with exceptional English communication and strong client-handling skills to act as the first voice of Identifi for all lead categorieslabs hospitals doctors and individual customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Engagement: Make outbound calls to hospitals diagnostic labs doctors and individuals to introduce Identifis suite of genetic testing solutions.

  • Product Communication: Confidently explain the benefits and applications of Identifis tests (Cardio Pediatric Oncology Complete Health Assessment etc.).

  • Query Handling: Address technical medical and general queries in a clear professional and reassuring manner.

  • Follow-ups & Conversion: Track leads through the funnel ensure timely follow-ups and drive maximum conversions.

  • Relationship Management: Build long-term professional relationships with healthcare providers and ensure repeat engagement.

  • Coordination: Share feedback and insights with the sales and marketing teams to refine communication and improve conversion strategy.

Requirements:

  • Education: Graduate ( Life Sciences/Genetics/Healthcare preferred other streams with strong communication also considered).
  • Language Proficiency: Top-tier fluency in English (spoken & written) is a must. Additional regional languages are an advantage.
  • Communication Skills: Strong persuasive ability excellent listening and professional tone to engage doctors and high-value individuals.
  • Ability to handle technical/medical queries confidently (training will be provided).
  • Prior experience in telecalling lead generation healthcare or client servicing is preferred.
  • Organized disciplined in follow-ups with high accountability for lead management.
