About the Role:

As a Salesforce Technical Lead at you will be responsible for architecting designing and leading the development of Salesforce solutions that address complex business requirements. You will guide a team of developers ensure best practices in coding and architecture and work closely with stakeholders to deliver scalable and high-performance Salesforce solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead technical design sessions and participate in architectural discussions for Salesforce implementations.

• Develop custom Salesforce applications using Apex Visualforce and Lightning Components.

• Integrate Salesforce with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs and connectors.

• Oversee system integrations and data migration processes.

• Conduct code reviews ensure adherence to coding standards and promote best practices.

• Collaborate with business analysts to translate functional requirements into technical specifications.

• Manage environment configurations and support deployment processes.

• Mentor and coach junior developers fostering continuous learning and improvement.

• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues.

• Stay current with Salesforce releases features and emerging technologies.

AI & Emerging Technologies:

• Hands-on experience with Salesforce Einstein AI AI Cloud Einstein Copilot and Generative AI Builder tools.

• Experience integrating AI/ML models (internal or external LLMs) into Salesforce workflows.

Required Skills & Competencies:

• Strong experience with Salesforce platform and its products (Sales Cloud Service Cloud etc.).

• Proficient in Apex Visualforce Lightning Components (LWC).

• Strong understanding of Salesforce data model security architecture and best practices.

• Experience with Salesforce integrations using REST/SOAP APIs.

• Familiarity with tools like Salesforce DX Data Loader and Workbench.

• Experience with version control systems (e.g. Git).

• Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies.

• Strong analytical problem-solving and communication skills.

• Salesforce certifications (Developer or Architect) preferred.
