Job Summary

  1. Financial Accounting & Reporting
    Manage the month-end quarter-end and year-end financial closing processes ensuring full adherence to MFRS and statutory requirements.
    Execute the consolidation of Group financial statements and guarantee the punctual delivery of both management and statutory financial reports.
    Ensure the precision and reliability of all account reconciliation supporting schedules and financial statement disclosures.

  2. Budgeting Forecasting & Financial Planning
    Direct the development of the annual budget perform detailed variance analysis and prepare ongoing rolling forecasts.
    Deliver predictive financial analysis to inform corporate strategy refinancing activities and capital investment choices.
    Conduct scenario planning and sensitivity analyses for key business drivers such as traffic volume toll revenue and capital framework.

  3. Compliance Audit & Governance
    Uphold adherence to all legal tax and regulatory mandates including the Companies Act MFRS and IRB regulations.
    Act as the primary contact for external auditors tax consultants banking partners and regulatory bodies.
    Design implement and oversee strong internal control systems standard operating procedures (SOPs) and risk management protocols.
    Assess and ensure ongoing compliance with all concession agreement stipulations and financing commitments.

  4. Cash Flow & Capital Management
    Oversee corporate cash flow liquidity positioning and working capital to sustainably fund operational and financing needs.
    Track debt covenant compliance interest expense and potential refinancing strategies.
    Collaborate with Group Treasury on the structuring of sukuk/loan facilities and in negotiations with banks and financial institutions.

  5. Leadership & Business Partnering
    Guide mentor and develop the Finance team to foster a high-performance culture and ensure clear accountability.
    Partner closely with operational and project departments to enhance process efficiency and maintain rigorous cost control.
    Champion a culture of continuous improvement innovation and the adoption of digital tools within the finance function.


Requirements

  1. Bachelors Degree in Accounting/Finance.
  2. Professional certification (ACCA CPA ICAEW CIMA or equivalent) is required.
  3. Minimum 710 years relevant experience including at least 3 years in a managerial role.
  4. Prior exposure to infrastructure highway concessions or large-scale project-based companies is strongly preferred.
  5. Strong technical knowledge of MFRS corporate tax and regulatory compliance.
  6. Proven ability in financial planning scenario modelling and stakeholder management.
  7. Proficiency in ERP/accounting systems (SAP Oracle) and advanced Excel.
  8. Strategic mindset with analytical rigour and business acumen.
  9. Strong leadership team development and cross-functional collaboration skills.
