Job Summary
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform installation preventive maintenance troubleshooting and repair of UV coating machines at client sites.
- Conduct routine inspections to ensure optimal machine performance and minimize downtime.
- Provide on-site technical support and training to operators or maintenance staff.
- Maintain service logs spare parts records and prepare detailed service reports.
- Liaise with the technical team to escalate complex issues and recommend upgrades.
Requirements
Qualifications & Skills:
- Education: Diploma / B.E. (Mechanical ).
- Experience: 35 years in maintenance or field service of industrial machinery (preferably coating printing or packaging equipment).
- Good understanding of UV coating systems electrical & mechanical troubleshooting.
- Ability to travel frequently to client sites.
- Strong communication and customer-handling skills.
Other Requirements:
- Willingness to work flexible hours based on service requirements.
- Knowledge of safety standards and compliance procedures.
- Self-driven problem-solving attitude.
