Responsibilities
- Assist passengers with check-in and boarding procedures
- Ensure the safety and security of passengers and their luggage
- Provide excellent customer service and support to travellers
- Handle baggage claims and lost luggage inquiries
- Coordinate with airline staff to ensure smooth operations.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization at the airport terminal
- Assist with emergency procedures when necessary
