Your Next Challenge
Drive asset readiness optimisation and technical support across high-volume equipment and new site launches.
Were looking for a hands-on solutions-focused Asset Operations Manager to join our Geraldton team. Reporting to the Asset Manager youll play a key role in ensuring our assets are delivered commissioned and optimised to support safe and efficient operations.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment enjoys being on-site and can confidently manage technical challenges vendor relationships and equipment lifecycle planning.
What youll do
- Lead the delivery commissioning and readiness of high-volume assets and new equipment
- Support new site start-ups ensuring operational and maintenance strategies are executed effectively
- Conduct on-site inspections to verify equipment is fit-for-purpose and aligned with specifications
- Coordinate the decommissioning and resale of old assets
- Execute equipment optimisation projects with regular site presence and progress monitoring.
- Provide technical advice to site maintenance and operations teams
- Maintain accurate registers and tracking systems for vehicles assets and equipment
- Manage relationships with contractors suppliers and OEMs
- Oversee warranty work credit claims and core return processes
- Ensure compliance with safety environmental and regulatory standards
