Job Summary

As the Principal Program Manager for strategic initiatives at Momentus you will be the driving force behind our companys most pivotal product bets. This is not a role about tracking tasks; it is about shaping outcomes. You will orchestrate complex cross-functional programs that define the future of our platform ensuring they deliver exceptional business value and customer impact while helping orchestrate awareness to maximize adoption. You will provide the structure clarity and momentum needed to solve our most challenging problems.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the end-to-end lifecycle of large-scale strategic programs from shaping the initial vision to successful delivery and market adoption.

Foster strategic alignment and clear communication across engineering product design marketing customer facing teams and executive leadership to ensure a unified effort.

Navigate ambiguity by creating structure defining clear paths forward and facilitating critical trade-off decisions.

Influence program strategy and direction challenging assumptions and identifying opportunities to optimize for better outcomes.

Proactively identify and mitigate systemic risks dependencies and roadblocks that could compromise program success.

Serve as a key strategic partner to product and engineering leaders driving accountability and ensuring execution against our most important goals

Qualifications :

10 years of program management experience leading complex cross-organizational product or technical initiatives from concept to completion.

Proven ability to influence without direct authority building consensus and strong working relationships with senior leaders and individual contributors.

Exceptional strategic thinking and problem-solving skills; an ability to connect disparate initiatives and anticipate future challenges.

Outstanding communication skills with the ability to distill complex topics into clear concise narratives for an executive audience.

A track record of thriving in fast-paced ambiguous environments where you are responsible for creating clarity and direction.

Strong technical acumen and the ability to engage in substantive discussions with engineering teams to resolve challenges.
