Job Summary
Are you ready to join the forefront of technology as a Senior React Developer in Netcompany
Joining us as a Senior React Developer you will have the opportunity to be a part of our highly skilled agile consultants teams working within large-scale transformation projects that impact the life of millions of EU citizens. You will be involved in the design customization and integration that are intended mainly in private sector organizations.
As a Senior React Developer you will:
- Collaborate with the development team to define and implement the strategic direction of front-end development ensuring alignment with business goals.
- Mentor junior developers fostering a culture of continuous improvement and knowledge sharing within the team.
- Design and develop high-performance scalable web applications that enhance user experience.
- Work closely with product managers to gather project requirements and establish realistic timelines.
- Advocate for the adoption of modern development practices and tools contributing to the establishment of best practices to improve team efficiency.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical challenges providing innovative solutions to enhance product performance.
- Ensure project deliverables are met on time while maintaining high-quality standards.
- Participate in decision-making processes at a technical level contributing to the evolution of future projects.
Qualifications :
What would make you a fit for the role:
- 5 years of relevant experience in software development with a strong focus on front-end technologies
- Proven experience collaborating effectively within a team environment and mentoring junior developers
- Strong communication skills especially in working with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
- Knowledge of agile methodologies and best practices in software development
- Expertise in the following technologies: TypeScript JavaScript React UI/UX Design HTML/CSS RESTful APIs
