Medical Underwriting Consultant

As a Medical Underwriting Consultant in our Group Protection business youll play a key role in supporting our underwriting processes and delivering excellent service to our customers. What youll be doing:

• Setting up medical interviews and gathering outstanding information and evidence
• Interacting with customers and external partners with empathy and professionalism
• Paying medical fees up to 100 to support timely underwriting decisions
• Processing new entrant work accurately with correct benefit levels
• Taking ownership of your learning and developing your knowledge and skills
• Sharing ideas and adapting to change to support continuous improvement
• Maintaining consistent timely and accurate service in line with SLAs
• Following processes to handle customer data in line with legislation
