Job Summary
The Cycle Counter position is responsible for the monitoring of the inventory accuracy within a warehouse environment. Accuracy is maintained and improved by completing daily cycle counts and preforming root cause analysis of inventory deviations.
Daily tasks:
- Cycle count inventory following stocktaking procedures.
- Understand and comply with Bosch stocktaking directives.
- Conduct root cause analysis for inventory deviations.
- Communicate to warehouse personnel and finance department findings of material counts.
- Maybe required to cross-train on other functions within the team.
- Perform other essential and related duties as may be necessary.
- Operation of industrial equipment including order picker and forklift on occasion.
Qualifications :
Basic Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED from a accredited institution.
- 1 years of warehouse experience.
- 1 years of computer data entry experience.
- 1 years of forklift operation experience.
- Able to operate powered industrial trucks and other material handling equipment or have the ability to obtain qualification to do so.
- 1 years of cycle count experience.
- Microsoft office i.e. excel outlook MS teams etc.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Demonstrated high degree of accuracy when transcribing and entering of numerical information into SAP.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Demonstrated good interpersonal and organizational skills.
