- Provide information about the hotel and local area including dining options attractions and transportation.
- Answer guest inquiries and address their concerns promptly and courteously.
- Assist with guest requests such as arranging transportation making reservations and delivering messages.
- Maintain a clean and organized bell desk and luggage storage area.
- Assist with valet parking services (if applicable).
- Assist with setting up and breaking down meeting rooms or event spaces as needed.
- Ensure the safety and security of guest belongings.
- Proactively identify and address guest needs.
- Resolve guest complaints and issues effectively and efficiently.
