Bellboy

• Greet guests warmly and professionally upon arrival and departure.
• Assist guests with luggage handling including loading and unloading luggage from vehicles.
• Transport guest luggage to and from guest rooms.
• Provide information about the hotel and local area including dining options attractions and transportation.
• Answer guest inquiries and address their concerns promptly and courteously.
• Assist with guest requests such as arranging transportation making reservations and delivering messages.
• Maintain a clean and organized bell desk and luggage storage area.
• Assist with valet parking services (if applicable).
• Assist with setting up and breaking down meeting rooms or event spaces as needed.
• Ensure the safety and security of guest belongings.
• Proactively identify and address guest needs.
• Resolve guest complaints and issues effectively and efficiently.
• Strive to exceed guest expectations at all times
