Job Summary

作为项目经理参与亚太地区各公司的SAP S4HANA项目上线Participate in SAP S4(HANA) rollout projects for all companies in the Asia Pacific region as project leader.

制定全面的项目计划明确范围时间表预算资源里程碑和成功标准Develop comprehensive project plans defining scope timeline budget resources milestones and success criteria.
监控项目进度管理范围进度成本和质量确保项目按计划推进Monitor project progress managing scope schedule cost and quality to ensure adherence to the plan.

管理全周期的测试活动制定并执行变革管理与培训计划确保最终用户顺利适应新系统Manage full-cycle testing activities Develop and execute change management and training plans to ensure smooth user adoption.
协调上线初期的支持工作确保系统平稳运行 Provide post-go-live support efforts to ensure system stability.

Qualifications :

本科及以上学历财务会计信息技术或相关领域Bachelors degree or above in Finance Accounting Information Technology or a related field.
至少2年项目管理经验拥有中大型财务系统如SAP Oracle 用友NC 金蝶EAS等完整实施生命周期的主导经验Minimum 2 years of project management experience with proven experience leading 1 full implementation lifecycles of large-scale finance systems (e.g. SAP Oracle Yonyou NC Kingdee EAS etc.).
精通项目管理方法论瀑布/敏捷并熟练使用相关工具如MS Project JiraProficient in project management methodologies (Waterfall/Agile) and tools (e.g. MS Project Jira).
具备坚实的财务和会计知识熟悉核心财务流程和内控Solid understanding of finance and accounting principles core financial processes and internal controls.
出色的中英文沟通演讲和影响能力能够有效协调跨部门团队Excellent communication presentation and influencing skills in both Chinese and English with the ability to coordinate cross-functional teams effectively.
良好的解决问题的能力能够在压力下管理复杂情况Good problem-solving skills with the ability to manage complexity under pressure.
优先考虑兼具财务背景和IT知识且有管理外部咨询顾问和实施团队经验的复合型人才A composite background with both finance and IT knowledge as well as experience working with external consultants and implementation partners are preferred
