- Lead and support Client Service Coordinators in daily operations including use of Electronic Health Record systems and reporting processes
- Manage staffing assignments to ensure quality care delivery and effective overtime management
- Oversee customer service including complaint resolution and review of overnight call center reports
- Schedule and match nursing and home support employees to clients focusing on patient-centered care and service continuity
- Liaise with funders regarding client care and collect/enter relevant information into databases
- Monitor staff compliance with attendance break times and lunch schedules
- Report issues/incidents through appropriate channels and ensure all safety protocols are followed
Qualifications :
- Post-secondary Office Administration certificate or customer service program with 2 years in a leadership or supervisory role preferably in healthcare
- Experience in meeting daily deliverables and KPIs
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word Excel) and ability to adapt to new software systems
- Strong client service and problem-solving skills
