Your Role

As a valued Speech Pathologist on our team you will:

  • Manage a diverse caseload and deliver timely effective therapy
  • Provide essential speech pathology services in schools homes and the community
  • Conduct assessments including clinical observations and standardised tools to set individualised goals
  • Deliver evidence-based interventions that make a meaningful impact on participants lives
  • Collaborate with our large supportive multidisciplinary team
  • (For senior clinicians) Mentor and support early career team members
  • Stay informed and compliant with current NDIS guidelines and practices

Qualifications :

To Be Considered You Will Have:

  • Current Certified Practising Membership with Speech Pathology Australia
  • Post-graduate experience as a Speech Pathologist (new graduates also encouraged to express interest for future opportunities)
  • Strong time management and organisational skills to effectively handle a diverse and dynamic caseload
  • A proactive and growth-oriented mindset eager to innovate and learn from new approaches
  • A desire to work in a fun collaborative and supportive team environment
  • A genuine passion for making a difference in the lives of people with disabilities
