Join a business at the forefront of precision engineering technology supporting manufacturers across the UK with advanced tool presetting inspection and measurement systems that improve quality and reduce downtime.
This is a hands-on field service role where no two days are the same. Youll be installing calibrating and servicing high-end metrology equipment while providing first-class customer support and technical expertise.
What youll do:

Install calibrate and service advanced tool presetting and inspection machines.

Respond to breakdowns and provide remote or on-site support.

Manage your own schedule plan site visits and document all work accurately.

Build and maintain relationships with customers and internal teams.

Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.

Identify process improvements and contribute to service efficiency.
What youll need:

Background in mechanical electrical or electronic engineering.
-
Previous experience in field service maintenance or technical support.
Confidence in diagnosing and resolving faults independently.

Strong communication and customer service skills.
-
Full UK driving licence and flexibility to travel nationwide.
-
Self-motivated and well-organised approach to work.
