Join a business at the forefront of precision engineering technology supporting manufacturers across the UK with advanced tool presetting inspection and measurement systems that improve quality and reduce downtime.

This is a hands-on field service role where no two days are the same. Youll be installing calibrating and servicing high-end metrology equipment while providing first-class customer support and technical expertise.

What youll do:

  • Install calibrate and service advanced tool presetting and inspection machines.

  • Respond to breakdowns and provide remote or on-site support.

  • Manage your own schedule plan site visits and document all work accurately.

  • Build and maintain relationships with customers and internal teams.

  • Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.

  • Identify process improvements and contribute to service efficiency.

What youll need:

  • Background in mechanical electrical or electronic engineering.

  • Previous experience in field service maintenance or technical support.

  • Confidence in diagnosing and resolving faults independently.

  • Strong communication and customer service skills.

  • Full UK driving licence and flexibility to travel nationwide.

  • Self-motivated and well-organised approach to work.
