ACES is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Information System Security Manager (ISSM) III to lead and oversee the organizations comprehensive information security this critical role the ISSM III will be responsible for developing implementing and maintaining security policies procedures and controls that ensure the protection of sensitive data and information systems. The successful candidate will ensure the seamless integration of cybersecurity measures across all enterprise systems working proactively to identify assess and mitigate risks. The ISSM III will also serve as the primary point of contact for security audits and external assessments ensuring that all security documentation is up-to-date and that the organization remains prepared for both scheduled and ad hoc evaluations.

QUALIFICATIONS
- Education/Experience: Masters degree in STEM or IT. 8 years in cybersecurity program management. Certifications: IAM-II (CISSP CISM GSLC CAP)
- Technical: Coordinate and manage efforts to maintain continuous accreditation readiness ensuring compliance with all applicable federal regulations and standards. This includes collaborating closely with cross-functional teams conducting regular security assessments overseeing incident response activities and providing expert guidance on best practices for information security.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Plan organize and oversee execution of all assigned project tasks ensuring all deliverables meet NSWCPD NAVSEA and contract requirements for scope schedule cost and quality.
- Direct day-to-day project activities and ensure work is executed in accordance with the approved Statement of Work (SOW) technical instructions and established project baselines.
- Collaborate closely with Government Project Managers to capture key milestones define performance objectives and maintain an integrated project schedule that aligns with mission priorities.
- Supervise on-site contractor personnel providing direction mentoring and oversight to ensure high-quality performance adherence to cybersecurity and safety policies and compliance with contract deliverables.
- Develop maintain and manage project schedules with complete resource loading task dependencies and critical path analysis to accurately forecast workload and identify schedule risks.
- Conduct quality assurance reviews of all deliverables and technical work products to ensure compliance with NSWCPD standards accuracy and consistency before submission to the Government.
- Monitor performance and progress tracking key metrics such as earned value schedule variance and resource utilization to identify trends and proactively address performance issues.
- Prepare and submit required reports and documentation including progress reports cost and schedule updates performance metrics and monthly Contract Data Requirements List (CDRL A001) submissions.
- Communicate regularly with Government leadership to provide clear concise updates on program status risk mitigation activities budget execution and contract performance outcomes.
- Facilitate issue resolution and risk management escalating challenges to appropriate stakeholders and implementing corrective actions to maintain project alignment with mission objectives.
- Support process improvement initiatives identifying opportunities to enhance project efficiency reporting accuracy and quality assurance practices across all task areas.
