Note: This position is hybrid requiring employees to work on-site 2-3 days per week at our clients Stamford CT office with flexibility to work remotely on other days.

Job Description
- Handle a variety of complex litigation matters including civil white-collar defense and securities cases.
- Draft and file pleadings motions discovery requests and responses.
- Conduct in-depth legal research and analysis across a range of litigation topics.
- Participate in internal investigations and client interviews.
- Work collaboratively with partners and senior associates on litigation strategy case management and client communication.
- Prepare for and assist with depositions hearings and trials.
- Manage multiple cases simultaneously while maintaining meticulous attention to deadlines and detail.
Qualifications
- J.D. from an accredited law school and admission to the Connecticut Bar.
- Minimum of 1 year of litigation experience in a law firm or judicial clerkship (preferred)
- Exceptional writing research and oral advocacy skills.
- Strong organizational analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Experience drafting pleadings motions and discovery materials.
- Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team environment.
- Judicial clerkship experience strongly preferred but not required.
