Join the well-established dental practice in Livonia MI where theyve proudly served the community for over 40 years! The practice is seeking an experienced general dentist to join our team. Modern fully digital practice features cutting-edge technology including iTero intraoral cameras and Wave One Endo. With 7 operatories and a dedicated team that includes a full-time hygienist hygiene director and expanded function dental assistants striving to keep most procedures in-house and accepting PPO/FFS. Just wanted to add that we are looking for a full time doctor who would work two days in Livonia and two days in Waterford. Most likely the days would be Tuesday and Thursday 8-5PM at Waterford and Wednesday (8-5pm) and Friday (8-3pm) in Livonia. Please let me know if you have any candidates. We are still looking for candidates for Willoughby and Grandville.

Need a doctor by the end of May
2-5 years out
Needs to be set in the area (i.e. not a nomad who switches from job to job every year). We really need this doctor to stay for at least three years as the patients would not be able to deal with it if we turned an associate over in the first year of the owner doctors absence.
Needs to be a leader as the team needs a doctor leader in this office.
Patience is the key as the current doctor is very conservative and it would take probably a recall cycle (6 months) for some of the existing patients to accept treatment (this may not be the case as I have subbed at this office and really never had an issue getting case acceptance)
Livonia
- Ideal doctor would have 2 years of experience and has roots in the local community and will stay for at least 3-5 years
- Current doctor leaving is the owner who has been there over 35 years
- Office net revenue for the past 12 months is $1.7M of which the doctor being replaced does about $900k of it on three days a week.
- I come in and do the molar endo in the office which I would gladly give to the new doctor if they have this skill set or want to learn this skill set
- The office does not do any implants very few surgical extractions and a few ortho procedures about 1 or 2 a quarter
- The office is open 5 days a week. We would like the doctor to work Monday through Thursday at the least as we have a doctor that works Fridays. If the new doc wants Fridays as well the current doc who works Fridays would willingly step aside
- Hours are M W Th - 8-5 Tu 10-7 and F 8-3 with an hour lunch on M-Th.
- 9 days of hygiene a week
