Overview of the Role:

Join a leading energy company as a Solar Repower Project Manager and drive the transformation of renewable energy infrastructure. This critical role focuses on leading pre-construction activities for solar repower projects ensuring seamless transitions from development to construction execution while maintaining the highest standards of safety quality cost control and scheduling.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead pre-construction project teams through all phases from development handoff to execution turnover
Develop and maintain detailed project schedules budgets and risk registers for multiple concurrent projects
Oversee engineering design activities across electrical civil structural and mechanical disciplines
Coordinate with regulatory agencies utilities and local authorities for permitting and compliance
Support procurement activities including equipment specifications and vendor qualification
Monitor project budgets and cost forecasts throughout the pre-construction phase
Lead stakeholder meetings reviews and milestone presentations

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in Engineering Construction Management or related technical field
5 years of utility-scale renewable energy pre-construction project management experience
Strong understanding of solar PV and battery storage technologies
Experience with utility interconnection processes and environmental permitting
PMP certification preferred
Proficiency in project management software and Excel
Outstanding communication and analytical skills
