• Hourly Rate: $18.25/hr
• Overtime Pay: $27.38/hr (after 40 hrs/week)

Key Responsibilities

• Assist drivers with the safe handling and delivery of heavy/bulky items (50-300 lbs with team lift)
• Load and unload packages from delivery vehicles
• Use handheld technology for routing and delivery updates
• Deliver packages with care professionalism and excellent customer service
• Support teammates with rescues and extra deliveries when needed

Requirements

• Age: 18 and legally authorized to work in the U.S.
• Ability to lift and move heavy packages with a team (50-70lbs frequently up to 300 lbs with partner)
• Reliable energetic and customer-focused
• Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team
• Must pass a standard pre-employment drug screen (no THC testing required)

• Location: Amazon HMC3 Station 2361 S Withers Rd Liberty MO 64068
• Breaks: 2 paid 15-minute breaks 1 unpaid 30-minute meal break per shift
• Hiring Timeline: Typically 1-2 weeks to complete

A Day in the Life

Your shift starts at the Amazon station where youll help load the truck then spend the day teaming up with a driver to deliver oversized items. Youll lift carry and deliver packages while using handheld devices to track progress. Its active work that keeps you moving all day.
