Position: Team Supervisor
Location: Belgrade Serbia
Employment type: Full-time
Remuneration: Base salary bonuses (including accommodation)
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Supervise on-floor team members to ensure professional engaging and high-quality performance standards.
- Oversee daily team schedules including rotations and breaks to maintain continuous workflow and adherence to shift plans.
- Communicate updates on new procedures company policies and operational best practices to all team members.
- Ensure all processes run efficiently resolving minor technical or operational issues within the work environment.
- Act as a liaison between frontline staff and management providing timely updates feedback and recommendations.
- Support and motivate team members fostering a positive respectful and professional workplace atmosphere.
- Collect and analyze performance and operational data to prepare accurate insightful daily reports for management.
- Identify training coaching and development needs to enhance team skills and performance.
- Monitor employee appearance and adherence to uniform and grooming standards ensuring compliance with company guidelines.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Native or fluent in Turkish (C1 level) with strong proficiency in both written and spoken communication. As well as English (at least B2).
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a supervisory or team leader role is preferred.
- A qualification in Management or a related field is an advantage.
- Prior experience in customer service hospitality or operations will be considered a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Strong leadership coaching and conflict management skills.
- Ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced dynamic environment.
- Solid time management and organizational skills.
- Advanced proficiency in English (written and spoken).
- Willingness and ability to work on a rotating shift schedule including evenings weekends and holidays.
