Job Summary

Requirements:

  • Bachelors degree in Business Marketing or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in lead generation business development or inside sales.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with high emotional intelligence.
  • Proactive detail-oriented and capable of managing multiple leads simultaneously.
  • Proficiency with LinkedIn Sales Navigator CRM tools and online research platforms is a plus.
  • Self-motivated goal-oriented and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Research identify and generate qualified leads through LinkedIn email campaigns and market research.
  • Pre-qualify prospects to ensure alignment with target markets and business objectives.
  • Coordinate meetings and introductions between qualified leads and the sales or account management teams.
  • Maintain accurate and organized CRM records tracking all lead interactions and follow-ups.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to enhance lead nurturing and conversion strategies.
  • Communicate confidently professionally and persuasively with potential clients across diverse regions.
