Job Summary

Filinvest Property: TIMBERLAND HIGHLANDS RESORT

In accordance with the policies procedure and standards of Chroma Hospitality Inc. and Timberland Highlands Resort Rizal under the general guidance and supervision of the Sales Manager and within the limits of established resort policies and procedures manages special accounts and executes administrative tasks assigned in Sales Department. This position is responsible for representing and promoting the resort by maintaining constant contact with the market and the customer base of his/her responsibility through customer relationship management.

  1. Implements all sales action plans related to his / her market areas as outlined in the marketing plan.
  2. Attends major travel functions (i.e. trade shows and promotional events) that deal specifically with his / her market area.
  3. Promotes and produces sales leads for Timberland Highlands Resort.
  4. Arranges familiarization / site inspection trips by major clients.
  5. Ensures rate quoted and committed to clients are within specified guidelines.
  6. Establishes and maintains files on major active accounts within his / her market area.

QUALFICATIONS

  • Bachelors Degree in Business Administration Hotel Management Tourism Management or a related field.
  • At least 1 year of experience as a Sales Executive in a hotel or resort setting.
  • Has a natural flair for sales with excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Results-driven organized and able to build and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Proficient in MS Office applications and familiar with sales systems or CRM tools.
  • Willing to be assigned in San Mateo Rizal.
