Job Summary

Work setup: On-site in BGC Taguig
Shift Schedule: shifting schedules 24x7

Qualifications:

Bachelors degree graduate any field.
At least 3 years of WFM - MIS/RTA experience preferably in BPO/Shared Services.
Must also be exposed to Scheduling Capacity planning Forecasting and Reporting
Knowledge with using MIS Scheduling tools (PowerBI VBA Macros Excel)
Intermediate to advanced proficiency in MS Excel
Able to start ASAP
