Job Responsibilities
- Proactively search for and develop potential new customers within the assigned region through various channels such as field visits cold calls customer referrals and industry exhibitions to achieve the companys sales targets.
- Conduct regular visits and follow-ups with existing customers to maintain strong relationships deeply understand their needs and provide professional solutions and services to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Independently handle the full sales process including client meetings product demonstrations quotations and contract signing while actively following up on order execution and delivery progress.
- Accurately collect and analyze market information and competitor trends and provide timely feedback to the sales manager to support strategic decision-making.
- Responsible for following up on customer receivables and ensuring timely payments to maintain healthy company cash flow.
- Build and maintain an up-to-date customer database within the assigned region regularly update sales progress and submit daily and weekly sales reports as required.
Job Requirements
- Education: Diploma or above in Marketing International Trade Business English or related Engineering disciplines preferred.
- Experience: Minimum 1 year of sales experience; candidates with field sales or cold-visit experience preferred; experience in manufacturing industrial products or related industries is a plus. Energetic fresh graduates are also welcome to apply.
- Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office; basic market and customer analysis skills; candidates with a valid local driving license and proficient driving skills are preferred.
- Personal Qualities: Strong goal-oriented mindset passionate and aggressive in achieving targets; able to work under pressure; excellent communication and interpersonal skills; self-disciplined and adaptable to frequent client visits; strong sense of teamwork and responsibility.
