About the Client
Our client is a well-established Sri Lankan company specializing in consumer electronics and home appliances. With over four decades of industry experience the company represents leading global brands and is known for delivering reliable high-quality products and exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify develop and manage new project sales opportunities in the AC and refrigeration sector.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with consultants architects contractors and key decision-makers.
- Collaborate with the technical and operations teams to ensure successful project execution.
- Prepare and deliver sales proposals quotations and technical presentations to clients.
- Monitor market trends competitor activities and client requirements to develop effective sales strategies.
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets while ensuring profitability and customer satisfaction.
- Maintain proper records of sales activities project pipelines and client communications.
- Represent the company at trade shows exhibitions and industry networking events when required.
Requirements
- Full or part professional qualification in Sales and Marketing.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in the Project sector in a similar capacity.
- Technical knowledge of AC and Refrigeration systems is an added advantage.
- Strong network and exposure to consultants and architects.
- Proven ability to take initiative work independently and perform under pressure.
- Excellent communication negotiation and leadership skills.
- Must possess a valid driving license.
