Job Summary:

Our client in the FinTech industry is looking for Senior or Lead Backend Developers to design develop and maintain backend systems using Java Spring Boot. The ideal candidates should have solid coding experience good teamwork skills and familiarity with databases microservices and DevOps tools.

Job Responsibilities:

Develop maintain and enhance backend software applications.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams throughout the SDLC.
Write clean efficient and maintainable code.
Conduct software testing debugging and performance optimization.
Participate in code reviews and technical discussions.
Monitor maintain and support existing software systems.
Stay current with emerging technologies and best practices.
Document software processes architecture and specifications.
Provide technical support and guidance to team members.

Main Requirements:

Bachelors degree in Engineering MIS Computer Science or a related field.
Minimum 3 years of experience in backend software development.
Strong proficiency in Java and Spring Boot framework.
Experience with PostgreSQL or SQL Server.
Knowledge of Microservices Architecture is a plus.
Familiarity with Docker and Kubernetes is a plus.
Experience with AWS or other cloud environments is an advantage.
Hands-on experience with Git (GitLab) build tools and CI/CD workflows.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to collaborate with management and engineering teams effectively.
Experience working in Agile development environments.
