Key Responsibilities:

Lead & Support: Assist the Warehouse Manager with daily operations providing leadership to the team and stepping up during the managers absence to ensure smooth workflow.
Hands-On Involvement: Get involved in all warehouse tasks including manual handling order picking unloading deliveries loading trucks and printing customer invoices.
Health & Safety Focus: Promote and enforce company health and safety standards to create a safe and compliant working environment.
Flexibility: Adapt to changing work schedules and flexible hours when required.

What Were Looking For:

Experience: At least 2 years in a supervisory role within a warehouse setting.
Knowledge: A solid understanding of Irish geography and logistics operations.
Qualifications: Valid B drivers license forklift license and manual handling certification.
Language Skills: Strong verbal and written English proficiency is essential.
